We all know how challenging it can be to keep track of the myriad of forms that come home in our child’s friday folders, and need to be returned to the school. They end up in the “to get to” pile, and then before you know it the pile is the width of a Dickens novel! The forms need parent signatures, and almost all have due dates to be returned to the school. This page is designed to help parents access the forms sent home, in the event the form has made its way to the “to get to pile” and then unintentionally to the recycling bin, or perhaps it was used as a paper airplane on the bus ride home.
